BUY TICKETS

You can buy your ticket in the widget here or by clicking through to our 2018 event page. Once you have clicked the buy now button you will have 8 minutes to complete checkout before your ticket is returned to the pool.

Standard Blogger Tickets: these are tickets for bloggers, makers and indie businesses. They include access to the whole conference. £180 + fees.

Standard Corporate Tickets: these tickets are strictly limited in number and are for professionals working in PR, SEO and who represent brands. £365 + fees.

Ticket Types: if you are a blogger or small indie business owner then please select the blogger option. For anyone who works in PR, SEO or represents a brand (even if you also have a blog) you will need to select the corporate ticket.

Checkout: we use Stripe as our safe and secure checkout system. It allows you to pay using a credit / debit card. See the FAQ below for international purchases.

Payment Plan: You can opt to pay for your ticket in two instalments to spread the cost. Instalments are paid each month on the same date as your original payment. Your ticket is not complete until the final payment is made.

The option for instalments ends on 15th April to ensure your purchase is complete one month in advance of the conference.

Instalments are offered via Paypal as our safe and secure checkout system. It allows you to pay using a credit / debit card.

Where can I find out more about the event?

Speakers are announced in the Spring and the full schedule goes live shortly before the conference and have a flavour of what’s on offer from last year’s schedule.

Can I reserve a ticket and pay later?

Tickets are strictly on a first come first served basis.

I had a hiccup while checking out, what’s going on?

What does my ticket price cover?

Your ticket breaks down as:

  • 17% VAT
  • 49% venue hire, AV and food
  • 20% speaker fees
  • 14% admin costs (fees, insurance, balloons etc)

Is this a women only event?

No, Blogtacular is an inclusive event.

Do you offer carer tickets?

Yes, please get in touch and we will tell you how to purchase a discounted ticket.

I live outside the UK, can I come?

Yes! Stripe allows worldwide payments, you can use this currency converter to calculate the cost although Stripe will use its own conversion so prices might vary slightly.

I would like to buy a ticket for someone else, is this possible?

Absolutely! Simply fill out their details in the ticket holder section at the checkout.

I saw your ticket holder Facebook Group, can I join it before I have a full ticket?

No.

I’ve never been to a conference / Blogtacular before. What advice do you have?

Our main message is to relax and have fun. We also have a whole page with useful links and thoughts dedicated to newbies!

How do split payments work?

After pressing the button you will be taken to a separate screen to set up a payment schedule. You will pay in two or three installments. Once your final payment is taken we will get in contact with details of how to book your ticket.

When will you take the second installment of a split payment?

The system is set up to take a payment on the last Friday in February and March.

When will I receive my ticket?

Your purchase is not final until you have completed payment. Once the second installment has cleared you will receive an email with details for booking your ticket.

I work in PR / for a brand, how can I get involved?

If you are a brand or a PR, looking to create meaningful relationships with bloggers, we’d love to have you!

We offer brand tickets for professionals who wish to attend. There are numerous ways your company can get involved, visit our sponsor page to get in touch.

How do I get on the Photowalk?

The photowalk is the only session we have pre-registration for. We operate a ballot to make it as fair as possible for everyone attending.

In May we will open registration for one week only. At the end of the week we will randomly allocate spots and notify everyone. If you don’t get a spot in the first allocation we will keep your name on a waiting list.

Where should I stay?

We don’t have a single hotel recommendation. We suggest staying on the Central Line and close to the venue would be a good move.

If you want hotel buddies come over to the ticket holder Facebook group (on your welcome email) and ask where other attendees are staying.

I can no longer attend, what should I do?

Tickets are non-refundable. You are able to transfer full price tickets to another person until 1st May 2018, with the exception of early bird and other discounted tickets which are strictly non-transferable. You will be charged a £30 admin fee to complete the transfer. Please see our T&Cs for full details or get in touch via the contact page.
