Coach, Mentor & Writer - Sas Petherick
Sas is a coach and mentor, writer and retreat host.
Through private one-to-one sessions, group programmes, workshops and retreats, Sas’ work is about exploring the experiences that form your story, and how these threads are woven into the wider narrative patterns of your life. At the core of her work is an unconditional commitment to helping you cultivate self-acceptance, self-trust and self-belief (the best kind of selfies).
Alongside her own thriving coaching practice, Sas also mentors other coaches, has a regular column in Inspired Coach magazine and her programme Magnetic Conversations helps other coaches to set up their own sustainable and successful coaching business.
Sas has been a blogger since 2007 – it’s the longest relationship of her life! She also writes a monthly newsletter enjoyed by thousands of people across the world. Most days you’ll find her on Instagram.
Sas has a Master’s Degree in Coaching & Mentoring, and her dissertation was a deep study into the experience of self-doubt. She has also trained with the Centre for Narrative Coaching, Dr. Martha Beck and the Coaches Training Institute.
Sas will be hosting a workshop about self-doubt and creativity. Self-doubt commonly shows up as procrastination, hiding, obsessive scrolling, watching from the side-lines, feeling overwhelmed… It can foster feelings of shame, longing and disappointment. Mostly it leaves us feeling bloody lonely.
You’ll gain a deeper understanding of the role of self-doubt, and you’ll walk away with a plan for how to make progress even when you feel it.
