Marte Marie Forsberg - Blogtacular

Marte Marie Forsberg

Photographer - Forsberg Photography

Marte Marie Forsberg is a food and lifestyle photographer from Norway.

After years of traveling the world she found a home in the English countryside where she creates food stories for books, magazines and brands around the world. Shooting on location is feeding her appetite for travel on a regular basis, but it´s in her whitewashed thatched cottage in England that she finds the calm and quiet she needs to create.

She teaches styling, cooking and photography workshops on a regular basis on location around the world and via her Skillshare class online. She´s also currently filming new classes to be released later this year and working on writing her first cookbook.

Starting up her business as a visual storyteller a few years ago has been an amazing journey that constantly fuels her with inspiration. On a daily basis you´ll find her in her cottage kitchen cooking up a storm, styling and photographing for clients, creating visual stories around products and brands, and writing her for her blog, My Kitchen journal.

Her cottage kitchen is her favourite office, and the narrow staircase leading from the second floor down to the living room and kitchen is her favourite commute.

It´s been an exciting journey, but no one is self made, and the constant love, support and encouragement from her beloved parents and family, have been invaluable in being able to work with what she is passionate about and love, on a daily basis.

Marie will be taking two sessions; one on creativity & inspiration and the second on food photography.

  • Do you need an afternoon off? A bit of time to chat to your creative contemporaries? And dim sum? US TOO!

Join us for a feast on 27th April. We’re having a get together, a chinwag, letting our hair down and basking in the the glow of great company. Once we’ve feasted, let’s head out for a bit of photo fun because we know one lunch won’t be long enough to get everything off our chests.
We’re calling it the F*ck Brexit Lunch because we’re sick of the endless purgatory that hangs around like a fart in a lift.
Spaces are limited, link it in profile, hope to see you there! #blogtacular

  • There have been a lot of posts about the press release from the CMA this week. Lots of them about ‘new’ influencer posting rules, some of them inaccurate or misleading. Have you heard something that worries you? We’re always happy to share knowledge and point you in the right direction so please ask if you need clarification.
You know we’re big supporters of following the rules and clearly disclosing at the beginning of posts - it’s the only way to cement our reputation as an industry committed to transparency. But, as with all rules getting to grips with them isn’t always plain sailing. Our podcast episode 36 is a masterclass from the ASA themselves in how to keep your ads, gifts and products clear online. #blogtacular
