Carin descirbes herself as bubbly, energetic, cheesy! Originally from South Africa, now based in the UK and engaged to an Australian (lovely Luke) makes for a complicated sporting mix.

She have been part of the UK Pinterest team since November 2015. She loves Pinterest as a product and is excited for the new opportunities available with Promoted Pins in the UK. Pinterest has helped her to discover and do more of the things she loves: from reading to fashion to baking.

Carin joined Pinterest after 8 years at Facebook. In her last two years at Facebook she worked on the Global Accounts team on the Unilever Account, working with their brand and media teams, as well as their assortment of creative, comms, PR and media agencies. Before working on the Unilever Account she worked on a number of diverse accounts and categories –  from Burberry, to HSBC, Nike, Paramount, Bacardi and Microsoft.

Carin will be taking you through the new ad platform for Pinterest including how to maximise its potential for your blog. Not only will you get to know Pinterest Promoted Pins but Carin will be sharing some pro-pinning tips.
