Naming Your Blog

Perhaps one of the trickiest things to think about when getting started is what to name your blog. You want something memorable that represents your vision for your blog. It also helps to have a searchable term in there, to help with getting found on the internet.

When naming your blog, you need to consider many of the factors you put in your blog visioning worksheet – think about the topics, tone and audience for your new blog and start from there. Create a list and keep adding to it as you brainstorm. It can take some time to come up with a name that fits, so don’t get too frustrated.
