Ticket Terms and Conditions

1. Tickets Sales and Transfers

All ticket sales are non-refundable.

Advertised prices include VAT and a VAT receipt is sent on payment.

We are unable to admit any babies or children.

Discounted and early bird tickets are strictly non-transferable.

Full price tickets may be transferred to another attendee up to 1st May 2017 by emailing hello @ blogtacular.com with the subject line TRANSFER REQUEST. You will be charged a £30 admin fee to process the transfer.

Any gifts given by the conference organisers or sponsors at the event will not be available to ticket holders who have not attended.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell a ticket to anyone.

2. Right of Admission

Each ticket admits one person.

You are not required to bring a physical ticket; the organisers will hold a guest list.

Ticket holders are not permitted to bring friends or family to any Blogtacular event or fringe event.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or to remove any ticket holder should the need arise.

Any person or persons found to be harassing Blogtacular attendees or staff will be asked to leave and not permitted to return.

3. Cancellation of the Event

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control we do not accept liability.

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances within our control your ticket will be refunded at the value you paid.

4. Schedule

The advertised schedule is subject to change.

5. Distribution of Marketing Materials for a Third Party

You are not permitted to distribute materials for or advertise a personal sponsor, employer or client during the conference on a standard blogger ticket.

This includes, but is not limited to, spamming the #blogtacular hashtag or wearing ugly t-shirts (nobody needs to see that).

Please respect the investment Blogtacular sponsors have made in supporting the event.

Corporate attendance is available for those wishing to connect one to one with attendees.

6.  Property

Blogtacular Events Ltd accept no liability for loss or damage to property brought to the event. You remain responsible for your possessions at all times.

7. Film and Photography

The organisers will film and photograph the event.

These materials will be used online and offline to promote Blogtacular Events Ltd and to advertise future events.

Photographs and videos will be made available online via OneDrive and YouTube to be used by the organisers and attendees on their websites.

By attending the event you agree to appear in such films and photographs.
